Terms of service
In effect from 25 July 2026.
The short version: use ReelTrack as intended, don't trust the air dates blindly, and expect that a small independent service can't promise what a large company can.
1 Who runs the service
ReelTrack is currently run privately by an individual in Sweden, not by a registered company, and the service takes no payments. These terms cover both the reeltrack.tv website and the app at app.reeltrack.tv.
A company will be registered before Pro launches and money starts changing hands. These terms will be updated then, and you'll find the new date at the top of the page.
2 Your account
You need an account to follow series. Use an email address you can actually reach — we use it to verify the account and to reset passwords.
You're responsible for keeping your password to yourself and for what happens through your account. If you think someone else has got into it, change your password and let us know.
Accounts are personal. You need to be at least 13 to create one.
3 What ReelTrack is — and isn't
ReelTrack shows when episodes air based on data from TMDB. We don't create that data and can't guarantee it's correct.
Air dates move, broadcasters change schedules and databases contain mistakes. Treat the dates as a help rather than a guarantee, and don't rely on them as your only source if missing something actually matters.
We don't broadcast anything and we don't provide content to watch. We show when something airs and where, and link onwards.
4 Free and Pro
A free account lets you follow one series. Following more will require Pro.
Pro has not launched and cannot be bought today. We take no payments. When Pro becomes available, its price and terms will be announced before you can buy anything.
5 How you may use the service
Use ReelTrack as the ordinary service it is. Please don't:
- scrape, bulk-download or otherwise load the service beyond normal use,
- work around limits, such as the cap on the free plan,
- try to reach other people's accounts or data,
- use the service for anything unlawful.
6 Content from others
Series data, posters and backdrops come from TMDB and belong to TMDB or the respective rights holders. ReelTrack is neither affiliated with nor endorsed by TMDB.
Series titles, logos and trade marks belong to their owners and are used here only to identify the series.
7 Availability
ReelTrack is a small, independent service. We promise no particular uptime, and the service may be unavailable during maintenance or failures.
We may change, limit or retire features. If we were to shut the service down entirely, we'd try to say so in advance by email to registered accounts.
8 Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss — for instance missing an episode because a date was wrong or because the service was down.
Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have as a consumer under mandatory law.
9 Ending it, from either side
You can stop using ReelTrack whenever you like. If you want the account and its data deleted, email us and we'll take care of it.
We may suspend an account that breaches these terms, normally after contacting you first unless it's plainly abuse.
10 Changes to these terms
We may update these terms, for example when Pro launches. Material changes will appear here with a new date at the top, and continued use means you accept them.
11 Law and disputes
Swedish law applies. If you're a consumer and we can't reach agreement, you can take the matter to the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN) or to the ordinary courts.
